• Work closely and in a professional manner with clients and adjust designs to fit their needs and requirements

• Brainstorm and mock up design ideas

• Review final layouts with production in order to ensure manufacturability and make changes as appropriate

• Complete tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions in order to learn about his/her needs and preferences

• Ensure the store meets sales plans, while monitoring customer service, inventory, expense control, and risk management

• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell and market a broad range of apparel

• Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures

Specific qualifications for this role include:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience 

• A solid background in graphic design and video editing 

• Good communication skillsAdobe creative suite, primarily illustrator and photoshop

• Experience with DTG printer, plotter, laser engraver.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proven track record of success in producing solid financial results

• Ability to problem solve with softwares

• Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and attention to detail and confidentiality
