Not feeling your order? No worries! We offer FREE EXCHANGES to make sure you’re thrilled with your purchase.
- Exchanges are available for all items within 30 days of your purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges are only valid for items purchased on www.therocketapparel.com. If you bought your item at an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.

Not seeing anything you want to exchange for? No problem! We’ll issue store credit to use on your next favorite find.
How to Make an Exchange or Get Store Credit
- Email Us: Start by reaching out to contact@therocketapparel.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange or return for store credit.
- Get Your Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and mailing information. Please note: Our warehouse cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
- Ship It Back: Package your item securely and use a reliable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post) to send it to the address we provide. If your item is valued over $75, we recommend using a service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We’ll Take Care of the Rest: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or store credit.
Heads up: Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for their own shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items? Let Us Fix It!
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at contact@therocketapparel.com with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement or store credit—on the house.

Q: Can I get a refund instead of an exchange?
A: Since all items are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds. But with FREE EXCHANGES and store credit options, we’ll make sure you’re completely satisfied!
Q: What if I don’t get a return authorization?
A: Returns without authorization cannot be processed. Be sure to email us at contact@therocketapparel.com before sending anything back.
Q: Why can’t I return items to the warehouse?
A: Our warehouse isn’t equipped to handle unauthorized returns. This ensures we can track and process your exchange or store credit properly.
